Article 1 — Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the app and its associated services. Creating an account constitutes full and unreserved acceptance. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the app.
Article 2 — Publisher and host

Article 3 — Registration and account
Access requires an account created with a valid email address. An account is personal: it may not be lent or resold. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account. Report any unauthorised access to us without delay. The information you provide must be accurate. An account created under a false identity may be suspended.
Article 4 — Rules of use
The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The following are prohibited: harassment; hateful, discriminatory or violent speech; sexual content; impersonation; solicitation and spam; automated data extraction; any attempt to circumvent technical protections. We apply zero tolerance to unlawful content. Any content can be reported from within the app, and any user blocked.
Article 5 — The content you post
You remain the owner of what you post. You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to host it and display it to the people you have chosen, for the sole duration necessary to operate the service. You warrant that you hold the rights to what you post, in particular photographs featuring other people. We may remove without notice any content reported as manifestly unlawful, in accordance with our obligations as a host.
Article 6 — Club groups
The “clubs” in the app are discussion groups created and run by players. They have no official, contractual or commercial link with real clubs: those clubs take no part in the app, publish nothing in it and validate no content. Exchanges, match proposals and meetings organised there are the sole responsibility of the participating players. Naming a club serves only to locate a community of players geographically — it implies no partnership, endorsement or liability on the club's part.
Article 7 — Subscriptions
The app is free. Two optional subscriptions unlock the Pro features: THE APP SUBSCRIPTION unlocks the Pro features in this app only. MYSPORTAPP UNLIMITED unlocks them across all five apps in the family. The prices shown in the app prevail; they include applicable taxes and may vary by country. Billing is handled by Apple or Google depending on your device. Payment is taken on purchase confirmation, then the subscription renews automatically for an equivalent period unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple or Google account settings. You may cancel at any time: Pro access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, under their own terms.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you are in principle entitled to a fourteen-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription. However, access to the Pro features is provided IMMEDIATELY after purchase. By subscribing, you expressly request that immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Independently of that right, Apple and Google apply their own refund policies, often more favourable. Any request must be addressed to them directly.
Article 9 — Intellectual property
The app, its code, design, trade marks, logos and editorial content are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Any reproduction, adaptation or exploitation without written permission is prohibited. The names of clubs, equipment brands and federations mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited for information only.
Article 10 — Availability and liability
The app is provided “as is”. We take reasonable steps to keep it working properly, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of error. We are not liable for indirect damage, nor for the consequences of a service interruption, a loss of data due to a cause outside our control, or the use you make of the sporting information computed by the app. The app is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. Fitness and fatigue indicators do not replace the opinion of a healthcare professional. Meetings arranged between players take place under their sole responsibility. None of these limitations applies in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to the rights that the law mandatorily grants to consumers.
Article 11 — Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Data and privacy. We may suspend or delete an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after prior notice save in cases of urgency or legal obligation. A subscription running at the time of a suspension for breach does not entitle you to a refund from us.
Article 12 — MySportAPP: the family of apps
These terms apply to this app and, identically, to the other apps in the MySportAPP family to which your single account gives access. Each app remains separate: its own store listing, its own subscription, its own gameplay data. What is shared and what is not is set out in Article 12 of the privacy policy.
Article 13 — Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. It sets out in particular the data collected, the purposes, the legal bases, the providers, the retention periods and the means of exercising your rights.
Article 14 — Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. Any substantial change will be signalled in the app at your next sign-in. If you refuse the new terms, you may delete your account. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
Article 15 — Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first so that an amicable solution can be sought. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those designated by the applicable legal rules.
